In the heart of a small isolated hamlet in the Mountains, comerecharge your batteries, participate in daily Yoga sessions specifically developed to detoxify, discover different meditation techniques to calm the mind and refocus, and finally enjoya few tips yogic on general well-being on a daily basis.

Practical notes
You would like to relax and gently purify your body after winter season, this retreat is for you!
This wonerful trip is for anybody who would like to discover the practice of Yoga in a relaxing environement. It is at the same time for beginners as for those who already have a close relationship with their yoga mat!

The program starts at 4pm on April 21st, 2023 and finishes at 2pm on April 24th, 2023.

Price for the activities : 195€

Price for the full board accommodation (3 meals per day + additional refreshments in the morning and afternoon) : from 75€/person/day in shared room - 140€/person/day in individual room - the accomodation has to be booked directly with the Hameau de l’étoile after validaiton of your booking with us.
Booking for full board accomodation has to be done separatly. Once you finalize your booking with us we will send you a link to book your accomodation directly with the Hameau de l'étoile.

*Number of participants is limited to 8 people in order to keep a relaxing and warmfull retreat.
*To compelte your booking you need to pay a 50% deposit (non-refundable if you cancel). The remaining amount of the total price is due 30 days before the beginning of the retreat.
*Confirmation of the retreat : as soon as the minimum amount of participants has booked or the least 30 days before the beginning of the retreat.
